In turn we’ll look to you to pass on your know-how to more junior members of the team. As well as learning a huge amount on the culinary front, you’ll also get involved in controlling GP, ensuring Health and Safety processes are kept to and controlling stock.
A good level of culinary knowledge, a real desire to learn and improve, and experience working in a high-quality restaurant are all essential. In addition, you’ll benefit from being a self disciplined type who is confident working on their own initiative. You will also need to have a Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2, or be happy to work towards it. Flexible, enthusiastic and customer-friendly, you’ve got what it takes to develop at Audley.
