A natural leader and human dynamo, you’ll inspire your team to provide exceptional care to customers in their own homes, (whether they live) within the wider community, (or are owners of properties in our luxury retirement villages). From recruiting and training the best people in Domiciliary care, to managing performance, and developing each and every employee, you’ll help build (on) an outstanding team. You’ll also monitor our services rigorously; are we delivering the best care plans? keeping staffing levels in line with incoming care packages, ensuring all safeguarding measures are in place, and working strictly within budgets. With your strategic flair, you won’t just run the business day to day, you’ll also plan for its growth, working closely with our marketing teams and within the local community to get the message out about just how special the Audley Care way is.
With the ability to create – and deliver – on ambitious long-term plans, whilst also running the business day-to-day to the very highest standards, you’re an ideal leader. You have lots of initiative, plenty of resilience, and a systematic approach to problem solving that delivers effective, long-term solutions. Decisive and inspiring, you not only provide clear direction to all those around you, but motivate them to follow your lead with enthusiasm. Experience in management in care is essential, and ideally, you’ll have (or be working towards) your Health and Social Care Diploma Level 5. Above all, you share our passion for creating better choices and a higher standard of care for those in retirement.
